The information below summarises the most useful spectator information you will need at the venues. The venue maps here show the locations of these services.

  • Cloak rooms: There are no cloak room facilities in the venues.
  • Evacuation procedures: In the unlikely event of an evacuation,
    listen to announcements and follow the instructions of staff.
  • First aid services: There will be first aid points and ambulan-
    ces at both venues.
  • Food and beverages: There will be concession outlets at both
    venues.
  • Information booth: There will be one at each venue.
  • Lost and found: A lost and found service for dependent people and personal items will be available at the information booths.
  • Mobile phones: These should be switched off during competition sessions.
  • Money: Only Hong Kong dollars cash will be accepted in the venues. No ATMs will be installed in the venues so please make sure you bring enough cash for the whole day.
  • Money exchange: There are no money exchange facilities available in the venues.
  • Parking: There is no bike parking, private car parking or disabled car parking at the venues.
  • Photography and filming: Photography for personal purposes is permitted, however, flash photography is restricted during competitions. Unauthorised commercial photography and filming is not permitted.
  • Police: There will be a police presence at both venues. If you have safety concerns or wish to speak to a police officer, you can approach the police at the venues, or go to a local police station.
  • Public telephones: There will not be any public telephones in the venues.
  • Re-entry policy: The ticket only entitles you to a single entry.
  • Staff: All staff will wear uniforms for easy identification.
  • Signage: Follow the signs to help you get around the venues.
  • Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted in the venues.
  • Strollers: Storage for prams and strollers is available at the Sha Tin venue. These items are not permitted in the spectator stands.
  • Toilets: Accessible toilets are located in the venues.
  • Wheelchairs: Wheelchairs are available for spectators in need of mobility assistance.
  • Commentary: At both venues, there will be live broadcast of commentary in English. Please bring along an FM radio with earpiece for Cantonese commentary.
