  Conditions of entry

Spectators are bound by the terms and conditions of admission
published by the organiser which include, but are not limited to,
the following:

  • All spectators are subject to security screening for restricted
and prohibited items (see pages 33 and 35). Persons refu-
sing inspection without good reason may be denied entry.
  • A valid ticket is required for entry. Each ticket is valid for the
    single admission of one spectator.
  • The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten,
    defaced or destroyed tickets.
  • No replacement tickets will be issued.
  • Tickets may not be used for political, advertising or other promotional purposes.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to expel, without any compensation whatsoever, any spectator who fails to comply with the house rules (displayed at the venues) or disrupts the enjoyment, comfort or safety of other spectators.
  • Spectators enter and remain in the venues at their own risk. Spectators assume all risks and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, including, among other things, injuries caused by other spectators.
  • Spectators should note that the organiser and third parties authorised by them may use photographs, film, tape or other images or likenesses of spectators without compensation.
  • Spectators cannot use images of the event obtained with cameras, video and/or audio devices or other means for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
  • The organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whether or not such loss or damage is caused by the negligence on the part of the organiser, its servants or agents.

Children aged two years and under
Children in this age group, accompanied by an adult ticket holder and not occupying a seat, can be admitted without a ticket. If you believe there may be some doubt that your child is under three years of age (for example if he or she is big for their age), you are advised to bring proof of age.

Strollers
Strollers cannot be brought into the spectator stands at the Sha Tin venue. Stroller storage space is available at this venue only.
